Important changes at WoofCash and BearFilms!
As of 6:15pm PDT on April 12, 2010 BearFilms has completed the transition of our membership
processing to CCBill. We are also using CCBill for our affiliate management, so if you have not
updated your links to BearFilms.com to use the Legacy or WMS CCBill link method, please do so
as soon as possible. See the banners page for an example.
Now BearFilms.com offers more subscription options and more ways for you to make money. In addition
to credit card processing, we now offer telephone billing and European Direct Debit, making it easier for
your traffic to convert. Please see the Join Page
for all of the details.
If you signed up with CCBill prior to April 12 and notified us of your CCBill
affiliate ID, we passed that information to CCBill so that you will continue to get credit for your
rebilling memberships. If you did not get your CCBill affiliate ID to us, we may still be able to
update the rebill records, but contact us as soon as possible.

Effective April 12, 2010 BearFilms.com and
Woofcash will switch to CCBill for all membership processing. As
an affiliate, be sure to sign up for the BearFilms RevShare
Program in CCBill and email us with your new CCBill affiliate ID
so that we can transfer your rebill accounts to the new system.
If you do not get us this information prior to the cutover to
CCBill on 4/12/10 you will stop receiving credit for any
existing rebill accounts, so send us your CCBill affiliate ID as
soon as possible.

We are now offering 30-second video teaser clips
for you to use in promoting BearFilms.com. You asked and we
delivered. Check out the

new teaser clips in the coming weeks so check back often.

Effective December 1, 2009 we will no longer
be paying out 20% for DVDs and other physical products purchased
by customers referred by our affiliates. We are in the process
of making some technological upgrades to the BearFilms.com site
that require us to split the membership site from our DVD store,
which has driven us to this decision. We determined that the
majority of affiliates will not be impacted by this decision and
of the few that are, the recent 10% increase in membership
payouts more than make up for this change. These tech upgrades
will allow us to more easily roll out mobile-friendly videos and
other upgrades that will make BearFilms.com even more attractive
to your membership traffic and put more money in your pocket. If
you have any questions about this change, please don't hesitate
to contact us.

Starting August 5, WoofCash is offering you
60% on all new signups and 60% recurring. Since our customers
rebill an average of 5 times, that is a lot of money in your
pocket. In addition to our promotional photosets, we are also
going to be offering video galleries. These will give you even
more content to promote the #1 Bear site on the net,
BearFilms.com.
